      <image:title>Classes - Barre - You don’t need to be a ballerina to workout at the barre! Our Barre class is a low impact, muscular endurance workout that focuses on high repetitions and small, isometric movements. You will use a variety of equipment including bands, balls and weights. Instructors bring the heat with their fun, upbeat playlists and are sure to have your muscles shaking and burning so you walk out of class feeling sleek, toned and accomplished. (This is a 50 to 55 minute class)</image:title>

I am a 200 hr RYT since 2017, and have been teaching a gentle yet challenging hatha style of yoga since 2011. I place a heavy emphasis on back and abs often infusing Pilates based moves within a sequence! I am also an RN, BSN and have created onsite yoga programs for special populations since 2013. I have a Mind/ Body certification thru ACE and specialty training thru YogaFit for addiction and recovery. I am also a former Zumba instructor.Teaching and sharing the gift of yoga is one of my favorite passions. See you on the mat!</image:title>

      <image:title>Teachers - STEF - Stef’s career in fitness began in athletics in high school and college. Aerobics and running kept her active after college. In 1999 a friend took her to a Hot Hatha yoga class and it became her passion. In 2002, Stef completed Bikram Choudhury’s 9 week intensive yoga certification while living in Los Angles, California. She instructed classes in the original hot studios in East Louisville. After becoming a mom in 2004, Stef continued teaching the hot series in her home studio built by her husband. She continues to teach at her studio and is looking forward to bringing her energy and knowledge to YogiBarre Fitness.</image:title>

I have also taught Refit and love dance fitness. I attend Southeast Christian church and have taught barre classes at their fitness center. I earned a Business Management degree and a Masters of Arts in Teaching both from the University of Louisville. Both myself and my husband, Hunter, enjoy being active and working out. Our two kids keep us pretty busy and are our joy! I’m a strong believer that exercising can help strengthen our health in many ways - physically, emotionally and mentally!</image:title>
